Did anyone notice my new sign off ? I have decided to change from:
Carpe Diem to
"Help someone else to help themselves"
I would hazard a guess to say that a large percentage of us does exactly that with many different causes, individuals and charities. The world is a better place because of this.
"Help someone else to help themselves".

Chemo 10 (Round 7)
I had to man up and have my chemo. Well, I was actually given a choice.
All was good again today except for my hoarse voice and possibility that I could have had a virus or a bacteria (anyone's choice). Dr Schraeder gave me the choice of holding the chemo for a few days and take a 3 day regimen of antibiotics or have the chemo today and take the antibiotics. I took the easy way as I was already there ! But I sounded really cool and tough when I said "go ahead, give me all you got - Pansies".

You gotta love this
"If you ever want to feel good about yourself, help someone else".
I have no idea who said this but I would add: Help someone else to help themselves.
Carpe Diem.

What ? He can't talk !
For the past 3 to 4 days my voice has been hoarse and it has been somewhat difficult to talk. As this posses quite a problem for me I have deduced that I am not well. Who knows what ??? I am supposed to have chemo tomorrow so I'm sure they will check me out and let me know what's going on. I'm not being cavalier or taking this lightheartedly but I should have gone to the Doctor earlier. My bad.
Carpe Diem.
